I'm not a big fan of dessert, so whenever we made something-- Buccellati and I, I mean--I'd always just cut up some strawberries to have instead when they were in season. Because he's an asshole, Narancia got me some strawberry earrings for my birthday as a joke. Except the joke was on him, because strawberries are great and why wouldn't I wear them on my ears. After that he just sort of kept at it, so I ended up with a little collection.
[Fugo's expression is distantly exasperated, but largely fond and nostalgic. Narancia is and was a rowdy asshole, but Fugo loves and misses him with a fierceness that surprises him every time he thinks about it.]
Since I only have one pair here, I thought I should try and find or put together some spares. I figured that the latter couldn't be that hard to do.
