I don't have a very busy schedule. As for an area, we could probably head a short distance out of the city. There's plenty of open areas, and I doubt a lot of people are wandering around there regularly.
Three years is still longer than some. Buccellati mentioned once that being born as a Stand user was much less common than I had assumed, and I know of at least one person who had barely had his own Stand for a matter of days or weeks when we met.
