At first, Fugo worried about if he should or shouldn't get Kakyoin a gift: were they friends, or just acquaintances who happened to live in the same gigantic house together? Once he had nervously settled on the idea that, yes, they were probably friends at this point, he had immediately started worrying well what should I get for him.

He's already long since handed over his properly-translated notes on Stands, which probably wouldn't have made a good birthday present anyway. And that left... Italian.
