Hierophant can reach fifty meters; he doesn't change color, but he can turn into tripwires that I can make disappear with the right amount of concentration. It's either this form or the other, but I've never tried to see if I have a limit on how many of those I can manipulate.
[To illustrate the point, Hierophant's body uncoiled into a handful of coils in varying sizes; a smaller one laced itself between its user's fingers, a few wider ones returning to his arms and shoulders.]
As for his Emerald Splash, it varies a little. It can be like a shotgun or just a minor concussive blast, and I've never tested to see what its maximum effective range might be. So the question's more 'how much do they deserve it'?

If it doesn't get hurt by the Emerald Splash, you could redirect 'em with the thinned part easy. Like you're playing pool. Maybe that's not the best idea... It'd be pretty precise.
Traps are our specialty, but you have a fair point. If someone sees it coming, we're out of luck. [Most of the time, he was clever enough to make sure that didn't happen, but it would be a good idea to plan for a mistake or misstep.]
Precision isn't Hierophant's best quality, but I can manage well enough when the situation requires it.

Man, it's too bad I can't help you. Two-sided attack. And that way if they block one side they can't block the other, you funnel 'em in, and blam! I can keep Aerosmith from stalling pretty good, top-down's totally a thing, too.
Yeah. You had to do what this one guy said, because he was important and everything, and then you had to not die when they tried to kill you. Pretty simple.
