It's not only Joseph. There's a lot going on and this is just the proverbial last straw, or close to it.

Jotaro is the kind of person that others look to in difficult situations. He's a strong leader, but he's just as human as any of us. Anyone would crack under this kind of pressure.

That's what I'm here for. Any leader needs a second in command to handle what they can't. So I can worry about myself once the situation's under control.
